Qualification:
Essential: Degree in Civil Engineering From a reputed Institute of Technology or a recognized university.
Desirable: Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering in the fields relating to Highway Engineering and/or Post Graduate Degree in Management/MBA from an Institute of repute.
