JustDial -- "I am with you where you are"

JustDial is a reliable and dependable staffed and human-attended humane yellow pages 411 search lookup service. Initially they started their operations in India. They have a quick number called 6999 9999 which is available in most of the cities of India. So when you call this number from New Delhi, the local JustDial would answer it.  Whilst calling from the mobile just dial prefix the (long distance) area code (called as STD code in a few Asian nations)

For me, back at home, Just Dial used to be one of the ICE numbers to be frank. Interestingly in this part of the country there are a few text-to-services like Goog-411 (ceased to be operational on November 2010), Bing 411, 411 services provided by telephone operators (at a premium charge) do exist. But I still feel that 1-800-JustDial seems to provide an unmatched service. This is the same business as the one in India. For that matter when you visit http://www.justdial.com/ from here are you are only redirected to a country-specific service. Interestingly, the calls are being serviced through their Mumbai call center.

I hence would recommend JustDial for anyone as a quick lookup to be saved in their mobile phones.

Train Collision near Chennai - 7 Dead and 85 Injured

At least seven persons were tonight killed and 85 others injured when a passenger train from Chennai rammed into a stationary train near Arakkonam, derailing five coaches, about 75 km from Chennai, in the third major rail accident in two months.

IG North Zone Syleendra Babu said seven persons were killed in the collision that saw both the trains coming on the same track.

Additional Division Railway Manager in Chennai Usha Venugopal said seven bodies have been recovered from the five mangled bogies which were thrown off the track following the incident at around 9.40 pm.
In Delhi, Railway Board Chairman Vinay Mittal said 85 persons have been injured and the casualty figure could go up.

Railway Minister Dinesh Trivedi announced exgratia of Rs 5 lakh to the next of the kin of the dead, Rs 1 lakh for those grievously injured and Rs 25,000 for those who suffered simple injuries.
He said the cause of the accident could not be ascertained immediately. Mittal said according to preliminary report it could be a human error.

Trivedi said the signal was red when the collision took place. The driver of the EMU A Rajkumar is among the injured. His breath analysis was negative for alchohol.

Hi friends, These days I am too tired after a long days work. I have so much to share with you all, which needs  a lot of typing. Which is very difficult for me with pain in my neck, shoulders and arms due to spending the whole day before the computer. I am also travelling a lot, which is draining my energy. Another week or two and I will be free.

Mean while I have a puzzle for you. Can you solve it for me please? I have a creeper or vine in my garden. Its blooms are white in colour and give off a nice heady fragrance. I don't know what it is called.

These are the blooms. They flower in bunches and have very subtle but heady fragrance.

Rise of Nation PC Game Details



Rise of Nations is a real-time strategy computer game, developed by Big Huge Games and published by Microsoft on May 20, 2003. The development of the game was led by veteran Brian Reynolds, of Civilization II and Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri. Concepts taken from turn-based strategy games have been added into the game—including territories and attrition warfare. Rise of Nations features 18 civilizations, playable through 8 ages of world history.

On April 28, 2004, Big Huge Games released Rise of Nations: Thrones and Patriots, an expansion pack. Later that year, a Gold edition of Rise of Nations was released, which included both the original and the expansion.

In May 2006, Big Huge Games released Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends, a stand alone title in the series. It is a fantasy type game that does not require the original Rise of Nations to play. It is different in many ways to the original, with no shared units or nations.
