Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, is the grandson of Telugu superstar and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Late NT Ramarao. Lakshmi Pranathi is the daughter of Narne Srinivas Rao, who is the owner of Studio N and a real estate tycoon. Lakshmi Pranathi is also the niece of former Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu.
According to some sources, the wedding is said to be the costliest in the film industry with a budget of Rs 100 Crore, the cost of the mandapam itself is said to be around 16 crore rupees, the invitation card cost is around Rs. 3000 each. NTR marriage broadcasted live on TV, with a host of stations showing coverage. The wedding is being held at the Hyderabad International Trade Expositions Ltd – well it needs to be a big venue with that guest list. A statue of Senior NTR and his wife was placed exactly facing the vedhika, which became the attraction in Jr NTR Marriage.
